A. Happy Year of the Sheep

We wish you a splendid start to 2015.
Likewise, we celebrate The Year of the Sheep, which starts on February 19th.
- this story is the 10th in our annual series Tales from the Chinese Zodiac.
Our heroine Sydney the lamb comes alive in wonderful watercolors by artist Alina Chau, who previously illustrated the fantasy adventure The Treehouse Heroes.
Now we are happy to offer the Sheep story's Chinese translation (in both traditional and simplified characters). Download the companion PDF files for free, along with the previous tales of The Year of the Dog, Pig, and Rat.
The Year of the Sheep is also available as an Apple iBook and on the Amazon Kindle.
B. Oliver Chin visits Southern California
---
Author of the Tales from the Chinese Zodiac series and other fun stories, Oliver will make his annual spring tour of Los Angeles during the last week of January.
Sydney the sheep will greet kids at branches of the Los Angeles Public Library, Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, and local elementary schools across the southland.
Plus Oliver will visit Pasadena's Kidspace Children's Museum, Vroman's Bookstore, and the Pacific Asia Museum.
