We wish you a happy new year! Here is a revised edition of The Year of the Pig in our annual series Tales from the Chinese Zodiac
The 2019 edition features a new bilingual translation in simplified Chinese. Illustrated by Jeremiah Alcorn, Patty the Pig shows how everyone can think out the box and surpass expectations!
Chinese New Year is February 5th.

C. Celebrate the New Year in SF Japantown

This Saturday come to the Japanese Community Center of Northern California in San Francisco's Japantown to ring in the new year.
From 11 am to 3 pm, enjoy their free 48th annual Oshogatsu Matsuri festival. There will be musical performances, handmade mochi, and arts and crafts. Plus pick up one of our children's books, autographed by Oliver Chin.
JCCCNC serves the Japanese American community through programs and support and for other local service organizations. Proceeds from our book sales will benefit the JCCCNC.
