A. The Octonauts at the Mall of America
---
The Octonauts' new activity trail The Great Gup Rescue enlivens the Sea Life aquarium at the Mall of America (Bloomington, Minnesota) from March 10 - April 18th.
Minneapolis' Star-Tribune newspaper recommended the family fun as "Our Friday best" in their "Critics' pick for entertainment in the week ahead":
"Netflix's cartoon aquatic heroes are now at Sea Life, Minnesota's largest aquarium. This temporary exhibit invites guests to join forces with Captain Barnacles to solve challenges, find missing gups (underwater vehicles) and claim a reward to become an octo-agent. Learn about a variety of sea creatures, design your own gup for the display wall and take a selfie at the 'FINtastic' photo op. During select dates, families can meet and take pictures with Captain Barnacles or Kwazii."
Again, enjoy where the adventures began in our four original storybooks!
B. The Year of the Tiger in San Mateo
---
Author Oliver Chin shares the The Year of the Tiger, our series Tales from the Chinese Zodiac, and more stories at the Japanese school San Mateo Nippon Gakuyen (SMNG) this Saturday from 9:30 am to noon.
Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2019, SMNG teaches Japanese language and culture to students in grades TK-12. Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs awarded SMNG the Foreign Minister's Commendation for promoting friendship with Japan.
Immedium is happy to support educational organizations and share our stories with their students.
C. That Girl Could be Me on TV!

Animals Don't, So I Won't!
by David Derrick
"As the appealing cover shows, animal-loving Ben likes to pretend he's wild himself.....The clever premise of this well-worked-out story is likely to appeal as much to adults as to the children they get to share it with."

Chaff n' Skaffs: Mai and the lost Moskivvy
by Luke Feldman
"This is a modernistic and pleasing tale of courage and adventure. Mai, a young girl, helps a lost "Moskivvy" find its way home, but not without some much needed encouragement that she receives from some good friends. It's definitely the vibrant illustrations that win me over and bring this dreamworld to life."
