Attaboy is an internationally renowned artist, creator and toy designer whose work is seen in galleries, museums, toy boutiques, magazines, calendars, and art books. After years of creating, recreating, and inventing award-winning and best selling toys for Hasbro and Milton Bradley, he left to create his own art and licensing studio.
Attaboy's designer toys, most notably his Axtrx character, have garnered him a rabid fan base of all ages. Fans appreciate his offbeat sense of humor and odd storylines and connect to his sympathetic characters and multi-nubbed creations.
His artwork has been licensed to Dark Horse, Kid Robot, Disney, Last Gasp, Tower Records, Kiss, Sony, and many others. His animation Too Many Robots aired on cable's Disney Channel in 2007, and is downloadable on ITunes and viewable on YouTube.
Attaboy is also the co-founder of the critically acclaimed arts magazine Hi-Fructose (www.hifructose.com) which was nominated for the Utne Reader's award for best new publication. The magazine's circulation continues to grow worldwide and its print run routinely sells out, making each edition naturally quite collectible.
Attaboy lives in Albany, California with his lady love artist Annie Owens and a pug dog named Donut.
Reviews
"Attaboy is a convention king...Attaboy's toys look great up close and also in groups (as they could be found at least at the beginning of the event)."

"Some toys get all the hype...Just thought I'd let you know about a toy that I just recently saw in person and now is at the top of my 'want' list. Attaboy's Qwezshun."
- Vinyl Pulse
"Blessed with tons of pure dumb genius, Attaboy has managed to cover the globe with his hallucinatory cartoon-character vision. This renegade toy designer gone AWOL from the industry has recently come full-circle, releasing his first original toy, Axtrx, to high praise from the collectible market. With the I Hate Cartoons cartoon festival he curates ready to go on tour, his collaborative music effort Attaboy + Burke ready to throw down a full-length album, and with lots more toys and art in the works, the Attaboy virus is ready to spread."
